We process the data in accordance with applicable law – in particular with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”).

What kind of personal data is processed?

If you use our contact form or contact us via e-mail, we collect your name and e-mail address + any additional, optional information you provide us with. We store your data with all additional documents or messages sent to us. This data is used to contact you in regards to your initial request.

We will use the personal information you provide through our website to respond to your questions, maintain efficient communication, and provide you with efficient customer service. We also need to collect your data for the purpose of the recruitment process and replying to job applications.

Who has got access to your personal data?

Your personal data will only be accessed by our duly authorized staff bound with confidentiality clauses, to the extent necessary to perform their duties.

We may also use certain managing tools, such as Google Drive, DropBox, or other cloud computing services, as well as our e-mail hosting. However, in each case, these tools ensure an adequate level of protection based on appropriate agreements and safeguards. In the event that any servers are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we apply all required legal mechanisms in order to ensure the security of transferred data (clauses adopted pursuant to decisions of the European Commission, Privacy Shield program, etc.).

  4. lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland, it is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

Scope of data processing

Your personal data will be processed according to the law, only for the purpose and in the scope of the purpose for which it was obtained and for the period of fulfilling that purpose.

Profiling is a form of automated processing of personal data used to analyse or predict matters relating to an individual. For example, analysing an individual’s performance at work, financial status, health, interests, or location.

Automated decision-making is the ability to make decisions without human involvement. In practice, profiling can often be a precursor to automated decision-making.
