This position requires a talented Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong background in Product Design, and a thorough understanding of the role of the User Experience. You’ll work across the whole product management lifecycle, from concept to final solution delivery. You’ll conduct research to understand their customers’ problems, then work with the business to produce Web based and mobile App User experience and UI designs

Drive the overall user experience strategy of projects by conducting user research, analysing behaviours and user needs, and translating insights into actionable design recommendations.
Accountable for UX, UI and visual designs. Ensuring the UX/UI is representative of the product vision and supports the scalable B2B approach.
Use prototyping tools and create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing
Close collaboration with the client
Presenting and pitching design choices and ideas to stakeholders
Collaborating daily with a team of engineers
Experimenting with new ideas and approaches to help innovate our client’s products
Creativity, open-mindedness, discussing, brainstorming with the team

At least 5 years of experience in SAAS and mobile app based Product Design documented with a strong portfolio
Strong UX design experience in Web, Desktop or Mobile applications. Candidate should understand web and mobile platforms, tailoring designs accordingly.
Solid understanding and demonstration of UI design principles, with mastery in design tools, methodologies, processes, best practices, and key deliverables
Experience leading workshops with client teams
Strong storytelling, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Outstanding skills in industry standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma and Adobe XD and/or Adobe Creative suite (incl After Effects)
Working knowledge of Variety of whiteboard and wireframe tools such as Miro
Fluency in English
Good knowledge of Polish (B1+ level) to communicate with the team
